The Bishop

An exercise in generative art systems.


The Bishop, maps the movements of a bishop in 10 typical chess games. The algorithm produced from the process of mapping is then extrapolated to a 3D form.  Both the coordinates and x/y movements are considered within the context of a cube, these movements produce voids which subtract from the initial constraints of a 500x500x500mm space.
